About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the pre-order process for Lyzr Optimus. By using the site or placing a pre-order, you agree to them.

Pre-orders

  • A pre-order reserves your place in an upcoming manufacturing batch. It is a reservation, not a completed purchase.
  • The deposit amount, final configuration, pricing, and delivery timeline are confirmed with you before anything ships.
  • Deposits are refundable until your unit ships. To request a refund, contact sales@lyzr.ai.
  • Availability by region is confirmed during ordering; we may decline or refund orders we cannot lawfully or practically fulfil.

Quotes

Custom quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not binding on either party until a written agreement is signed.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or submit forms with false information.

Intellectual property

The Lyzr name, the Optimus name, and all content on this site (text, imagery, design) belong to Lyzr or its licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission.

Product information

Specifications shown on this site describe the current product generation and may be refined before shipment. Where a change is material to your order, we will tell you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyzr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Terms specific to delivered hardware and software — including warranty and support — are set out in the purchase agreement that accompanies your final order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce the refundability of an existing deposit.
